ASF is excited to present a monthly webinar series called Ask the Experts. Each webinar will feature an expert who provides educational information on a topic of interest to the Alport syndrome community. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions a the end of each webinar.

Topic:  Understanding Lab Tests
This webinar will help members of the Alport syndrome community and their friends and relatives better understand the meaning of the various blood and urine tests that are used to assess the health of kidneys. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions after the presentation.

Guest Speaker: Dr. Bruce Morgenstern
Dr. Morgenstern is a pediatric nephrologist with many years in practice. He has cared for many children and adolescents with Alport syndrome. He is a member of the Alport Syndrome Foundation’s Medical Advisory Committee. He is currently Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs at Roseman University College of Medicine in Las Vegas, NV.
