Alport Connect 2024 is in-person only and tickets are limited. We advise reserving your ticket(s) early! However, if your plans change and you are unable to attend, please notify info@alportsyndrome.org so that we can release your spot to other patients/family members.


If reserving more than one ticket, please answer the registration questions uniquely for each individual in your party. Knowing exactly who is attending, along with some important details about them, helps us plan a more successful event. Entering duplicate patron information on multiple tickets can unfortunately lead to ticket cancellation by Eventbrite.


Please note that required contact information for Teen Program registrants is solely for event-centric communications. This information will not be kept on file after the event, nor will Teens be contacted for any non-event purposes.


Alport Connect 2024 will run simultaneous programs:


An Adult Program (patients and family members ages 18 and up)


&


Two Teen Programs for patients ages 12-15 (inclusive) and for patients ages 16-18 (inclusive). Patients who are 18 years of age may choose to join the 16-18 Teen program or the Adult Program. Note: We will also offer breakout sessions for college-aged / young adults (up to age 22) as part of the Adult Program.


All programs will be facilitated by medical professionals and trained patient volunteers.


As space is limited, we cannot accommodate unaffected siblings or anyone under the age of 12.


Alport Connect 2024 will not include virtual participation.


Partial travel reimbursements will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to all individuals who indicate they are patients and/or parents of (pediatric or adult) patients during the ticket checkout process. Eligible individuals interested in a partial travel reimbursement offer will be asked to provide the best email address to reach them with additional information before submitting their ticket order. ASF Staff will send a follow-up communication within two business days.

Educational programming & activities inside the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.


Sunday, July 28th (approx. 8:30am - 12:30pm)

Morning educational programming inside. Afternoon social time, activities, and lunch outside at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.


Alport Connect 2024 is a unique opportunity to interact with medical professionals who have expertise in our rare disease, researchers, and with other Alport syndrome patients/families from across the country. It will be a weekend of learning, connecting, and socializing as a community of patients and families. You'll leave the weekend-long event feeling empowered with knowledge and supported by new friends in the extended Alport community.


Whether you are newly diagnosed or a patient/caregiver with a long history and journey with Alport syndrome, there is a place and purpose for you at Alport Connect 2024.
